Adults Gi - A Gi (uniform) is required for these classes.*

Adults No Gi - Please wear suitable No Gi attire (uniform) for these classes. Technical instruction in these classes will identify the subtle technical differences and strategy required for No Gi grappling.

Kids Gi - Kids classes aim to develop concentration, discipline and focus in a fun and inclusive environment. Technical instruction is targeted towards the fundamental positions of Jiu Jitsu and self-defence.

All levels - Anyone is welcome to attend our classes no matter the skill level or experience. Classes are focused on a specific topic or skill and include technical instruction, positional sparring or timed rounds while providing the opportunity to work on your own game.

Advanced - Advanced classes aim to further develop the students understanding through progressing and combining certain skills or techniques. Classes include technical instruction and specific positional sparring or timed competition rounds and the opportunity to develop your own game.

Fundamentals - These classes focus on the development of fundamental skills that are appropriate for building a strong foundation of Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are focused on positional control for grappling and/or self defence and will include technical instruction and specific positional sparring or timed rounds.

Competition - These classes are designed to prepare you for Jiu-Jitsu competition. They will emulate the competition environment, allow you to learn rules, strategy, cornering your team mates and developing your own game for competition.

Q&A/Rounds - Here you will have the opportunity to ask your coach or training partners questions on topics, techniques or problems you may of uncounted during the week or in a specific class and drill or practice technique. It is also opportunity for more live training rounds.

*If you are a beginner and do not have a Gi you can still attend the class until you get one.
